How do go about booking an appointment?

Completing an inquiry form is the first step. I will reach out within 24 hours to discuss details etc. Once an agreed upon appointment has been discussed and retainer has been sent via Venmo, Zelle or Cashapp, you will receive an email confirmation via my scheduler with any additional details.

 

Do you come to me or do you have somewhere I can come for services?

I have a fully functional private home studio in North Phoenix that I typically host appointments at. However, depending on appointment details I am available for travel. Mileage fee will apply if outside 25 miles.

 

Should I bring my own foundation/lashes/skincare?

Very common question! I don’t prefer you bring your own products mainly because I cannot guarantee the performance with products I am unfamiliar with. However, I do understand that skin can be super picky so if you are sensitive and prefer your foundation or skincare, I will do my best to accommodate. As for lashes, we can certainly use a lash you prefer but I do carry a variety of styles and lashes are already included in my rate so you do not need to worry!

 

Is there anything I should do to prepare for my appointment?

Have any threading or waxing done a few days prior. Exfoliate the day before, arrive with clean skin and any reference photos and I will handle the rest!

 

What if I need to cancel?

Life can be unpredictable, there may be a time where you need to cancel your appointment. Unfortunately, retainers are non-refundable, however I will happily reapply your retainer fee to a new appointment within 2 weeks. If for some reason I need to cancel your appointment, I WILL refund your retainer if you are unable to reschedule.

 

Why are retainers non-refundable?

In short its because of the lost wages incurred while holding your appointment. I will likely be turning away business for that time slot and unable to fill once you have cancelled. I do try to make it a bit less painless by requiring a smaller retainer amount (industry standard is 50%).

 

How far in advance should I book my artist?

The sooner the better to ensure first pick of times! Most artists have their books open 12-24 months in advance. My books are open a rolling 12 months in advance.

Do you offer hair services?

YES! Effective May 2022 I am able to offer simple styling services. See Service Menu tab for details.

Can you just do my eyes?

I do not offer eyes only as a service. The look is not complete without the face!

What brand of products do you use?

I use high quality professional products. Primarily MAC, NARS, Makeup Forever, Face Atelier, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Ben Nye, Laura Mercier etc. For theatrical/body paint looks I use MAC, Mehron, Ben Nye and Wolff.
